[begin] game is accelerated #9

That, i installed all things and its ok, the only problem im getting is that the game is like accelerated, npc talks faster and walk faster than normal. I even cant finish read the subtitles of the game because that. Any solutions?

Unfortunately, I do not know anything about this and have not encountered such a thing.
