Install extension language pack: no resource files installed #9

Installing Extension language pack (unlike Core language pack) not place .resx files in the target dirs. It looks like manifest file contain some problem, as ExtensionLanguage section just skipped (according to the install log).

I think issue in related to missing <package>{assembly-name}</package> node in the components/component@type="ExtensionLanguage"/languageFiles section.
