We need to open documents in places after clicking on the title, but compressed files no need to open in-place

I don't sure I understand your question right, could you give more info on the issue? Note that there are "Open in new window" and "Force download" checkboxes which control what will happen then document link is clicked.

Thank you for your reply, Assume the document is PDF, I need to open it in the same row (preview in the same row) lock at the attached screenshot doc

OK, I agree some kind of preview functionality will be cool thing. Don't have exact plans for this, though.
