Reuse DNN Taxonomy instead? Could be related to #9.

Could need support for additional data for DNN terms https://github.com/roman-yagodin/R7.News/issues/97 - at least to store SortIndex for category term

Or introduce Category entity, each object of which could be linked to the taxonomy term and have some additional attributes like sort index, custom title, etc.
