Mark document as featured with a IsFeatured flag or a FeaturedDate.

Until specified date, the .featured CSS class is applied on document row which provide us with ability to apply special styling to it - bigger font, bold, etc.

If we specify a very distant date in the future, the document will be featured "forever".
