Reduce intrusiveness of toasts

• [x] Further increase cookie duration.
• [x] Then user close toast with X, also set the consent cookie, but to lesser duration than normal.
• [x] Make browser alert optional, possibly write message to the console?
• [x] Make toast buttons bigger - so they can be easily clicked
