Addins: Templates with Razor syntax or code snippets #4

Create Templates addin which allow to create and use parametrized T4-like templates to generate code (mostly HTML snippets). Razor syntax is preferred, also some kind of form generator to enter actual parameter values would be useful.

Each template could be stored in the separate .tt file, or in the single XML file with CDATA blocks.
