jaxb related classes are missing #2

The import org.jbiowhparser.datasets.drug.drugbank.jaxb.DrugType in DrugBankParser fails. Was JAXB supported in the 6.1.2 version?

The DrugBank XML file changed since we developed this parser. The parser needs to be updated to support current version of DrugBank
