Maybe add a setting that you can change the color of the JEI items search? As some people use mods and resource packs that set all GUIU to dark mode and the graying doesn't help. Maybe add a setting in the config to set the color of the overlay? Thanks

The JEI color settings customization is now available on the latest version.
