can the tool be used to upgrade from lower version to 10.3.3? #122

Thanks so much for this tool. I was considering buying a iphone 5S so I can run ios 10.3.3 to play some older 32 bit games, since ios 11 and above does not support 32bit apps.

If I purchase an iphone 5s and it is running an older version of iOS, such as iOS8, would this tool allow the phone to be upgraded to iOS 10.3.3, instead of the iOS 12 that I think apple would offer through software update?
