Richness is calculated incorrectly (takes average of presences then calculates richness, rather than calculating richness in each iteration then taking the average richness across iterations; this can create a bias b/c of covariance).
Also, beta diversity only calculated for JAGS.
These items are missing/ uncorrected b/c I've been working on the JAGS output for the past few months, and haven't bothered to update the Stan output in parallel.
