Why do some of my categories not agree with burrows? #14

  1. different number of starts stops, size of time step
  2. I tried to hug the coast, this aggregate/ disaggregate may have caused the difference (also, see #13)
  3. I did not first do non-moving or slow-moving
  4. I did not conduct experiment over same time horizon – I only did this for the duration of the trawl data sets see here

@mpinsky Tagging you here b/c this came up in our conversation, and I didn't mention all of these reasons.

I'm minimally concerned with this issue. The methods were pretty different – number of time steps, starting locations, start and end dates, etc. The per-grid categories should not match, nor do I think it problematic that they don't.

My only concern related to this is that some of the trajectories end up on land, see #13
