Grid trawl data #3

@mpinsky – I need to go back to the raw trawl data and redefine the "strata" there as being on a 1º grid.

Motivation: 1) Consistent strata sizes within and across survey regions; 2) possible increase in number of hauls incorporated into final data set [see note immediately below]; 3) convenient consistency with HadISST data.

Note that this requires going back to raw data because strata were selected as locations that were present in each year of a time series. However, there might be different survey strata that actually cover the same 1º grid (maybe different parts of it), and those strata were sampled in alternating years. This seems like wishful thinking, but could happen. Similarly, it's possible to "lose strata" if survey strata were in the same 1º grid and were both sampled every year; now these strata would be aggregated.

Furthermore, note that if new hauls are included, by the above mechanisms of allowing new strata into the final time series, that it is possible to have new taxa that need to be ID'd.

@mpinsky had a way of determining strata from lon-lat in gmex that will work perfectly for this purpose.
