Added centbiodepth_2012-11-15.csv Also a small edit to a figure for my talk tomorrow

rBatt commented 9 years ago

is the new figure that's a map just the slope of observed richness? Does it include all taxa, or just chordata? It looks like all, but the map looks different from what I've seen before ... or perhaps I never made that map. I guess I'll find out later.

For the bottom temperatures, the change in the gulf of mexico seems big. Is that real, or does that have to do with sampling locations changing?

ah, ignore my last question about bottom temperature, I just now saw that you raised this in issue #30

My suspicion was exactly as yours. If you find out, let me know.

This is a map of observed site richness trend, across all taxa (not just Chordates). The figure is made by smry.richness.cov.R. I couldn't find a figure like that made by you (maybe I missed it).
