Add sphere drawing tool. #23

...with similar mechanism to the 3D selection tool.

I think the easiest UI for this would be to set the radius via tool properties, then click on what will be the centerpoint of the sphere, and the tool will automatically draw across slices.

Another choice could be to click+drag to draw the largest middle slice of the sphere. When you release, the rest of the slices are populated with the sphere.
