Create live view #4

Create a view, that shows all (or one specific) device(s) with their current location, the date of the last update and a Map view (Google Maps, OSM, Bing, etc.).

These tasks need to be done first: #1, (#3)

View is implemented but needs more work, so this ticket will stay open for the time being
