[Request] Add more languages to TTS (Romanian) #106

Please add more languages to the TTS, especially Romanian language.

Română e accesibil:

  1. clic pe icona "Read Aloud"
  2. clic pe icona de setări
  3. alegeți vocea din setarea "Voice"

Voci premium: Amazon Romanian, Microsoft Romanian Voci gratuite: Google translate Romanian, Google standard Romanian / Moldovian

These are all premium TTS APIs. We need to find a free alternative

If you use Windows, you can use TTS from Microsoft. First of all you have to unlock Extra Text to Speech Voices (use Google).
