Startup with All Tabs Unloaded #77

Another feature requested to this excellent add-on.

When Firefox starts first, request to provide a feature to have all the tabs be opened in unloaded state. This will save memory at load time. User can load the required tabs themselves by clicking on the page

This is already a build in Firefox Feature, isn't it? At least my Firefox behaves like this since many years ago. Even before I installed this extension today.

If you are on FF58, use my new https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/auto-tab-discard/

Since it uses the native method to discard tabs, there will be no restoring issue like what we have here.
