New CRAN release

I have

• [x] successfully run package tests locally (macOS) and on devtools::check_win_devel
• [x] added cran-comments.md that describe the abovementioned results
• [x] checked reverse dependencies with revdepcheck package and added revdep folder to package repository
• [x] updated the version number and date in DESCRIPTION and most recent updates in NEWS.md
• [x] updated the package vignette slightly by adding a list of publications that utilise the eurostat package in their work
• [x] removed a failing workflow, render-rmarkdown for a new CRAN release.

@antagomir: you're the package maintainer so maybe you should submit the package to CRAN.
