data provenance & data citations #8

I did not find examples on data citations in the vignettes but the package seems to have functions on this (cite / interactive / json in https://github.com/rOpenGov/finna/tree/main/R) -> could you demonstrate in a vignette how these work?

In general, check that the most functions are mentioned or exemplified in the vignettes.
