Add gha check #7

I changed the GHA workflow for the repo due to the issues with the R build GH Actions - now we run the R CMD check on 3 different OS

@KKulma thank you, also here renewed webiste. I daren't close yet, but fingers crossed, there were other things going on here with the documentation, many things changed since this was released.
