Thanks! This should match our scope well. Our onboarding practices are still somewhat experimental. Since this is already in CRAN I just fork it under rOpenGov organization and give you full rights to that repository - ok ? You can let us know if you need other support at this point.
Ok, I just did it: https://github.com/rOpenGov/hansard - you should have a full admin access to that repo once you accept the invitation to hansard team that I sent.

Summary

A previous version of this package (0.3.4) was published to CRAN. This version is an almost complete rewrite of the package, making it more flexible and adding a considerable number of additional functions and parameter options.
