Remove api data #231

ApiData has been a defunct function for a long time. It should be removed because this is confusing for users of the package PxWebApiData. This package depends (Imports) on pxweb, which means that users of PxWebApiData also have pxweb installed. When getting help by ?ApiData, which is the main function in PxWebApiData, the defunct function also appears under Help on topic 'ApiData' was found in the following packages:

That seems like a fair point. I'll try to fix it asap.

I have now added it and fixed some errors in this PR: #232

I'll close this one since the same commits are in the development branch right now.

Now in version 0.12.0 on its way to CRAN.
