This should fix the issue with website rendering

It only runs the checks on rog template when in main. Should add it also in PR.

True, but it's intended behaviour that it doesn't alter the pkgdown website in gh-pages branch when things are at PR stage. Maybe there could be a workflow that doesn't actually commit any changes, but that would seem a bit overkill for just testing purposes :)
