Vignettes are failing on github CI #10

@KKulma , I am not familiar with with the settings of CI on github, but here is a different setting that makes this package, and also iotables iotables issue fail while they pass on other environments. In the iotables issue, I think it is a testing environment configuration difference. And here, probably something with how vignettes are built.

I'd like to use similar testing conditions to CRAN automated checks for new releases. Can you please take a look at the error logs?

@antaldaniel from the first look at the logs it seems that there are issues with the actual container build inside of which the checks happen. In neither case fails are due to the R CMD check as the actions never got that far. I'll snoop around and see if this is being resolved on the r-lib's side
