The current method is pretty brute force, and it misses a quite a few addresses. Need to:

Do more pre-processing on the address line
Be cleverer than recursively hitting google geocode with the addresss, but one line shorter every time
Maybe test against other geocode services (Yahoo?)

Main problem was a bug in the rate limiter
