Try to reinstall the xubuntu os fully. To do so, boot into windows and go to C:\ then find the folders with the names ra1nstorm and ubuntu and delete them, and then try to install them again with the setup.exe from ra1nstorm.

im getting this aswell and have tried deleting folders and trying again
