Your PC does not have enough memory, it needs at least 8Gb (I think?)

I think it’s because your CPUs are too old and don’t support modern virtualization features. Looking at the PC specs posted by @mustadz, a i3 2100 was released in 2011. I don’t know OP’s tech specs, but if you have an old CPU, that’s most likely the problem. The only other thing I could think of is the host system not being able to access the CPU’s features, but that’s pretty unlikely.
