Application to display Neuroscience data.

Jumped into UX flow diagram. This described all the workflows for user. Talked about upload and using S3 buckets. Deployment plan. Discussed current charging. Upload and talking about AWS JDK for authentication.

Main function is Data Analysis. Using Python jobs and running Pandas as subprocess in Java.

Technical and backend discussed and some technical functional programming discussed. However, I am confused about visualization and return of data.

At the end Visualization was discussed. This part is the hard thing to understand.

Data security is very strict, this is patient data. JWT tokens for security disussed.

Front end question asked. This seems to be big gap.

Overall, we thought the idea was very well planned and organized. We think it could also be simplified/extended beyond the area of neuroscience, but for the purposes of your project owner it seems fine. The main thing which might need more planning is frontend features, like navigation and page organization/workflow. Great job discussing backend algorithms, one question we have is how would data be interpreted into graphs/visuals? Is there a javascript tool to do this?
