Will make it feel snappier for the user!

Should maybe each "page" component be responsible for its own loading state so these can be added wherever.

[x] Migrate old users to new subscription flow
[x] Refactor auth states (authenticating, authenticated, unauthenticated)
[x] Refactor chrome to look good while authorizing (possibly each component)
[ ] Refactor entries to similar style as auth
[ ] Refactor entries components to allow loading states
[x] Refactor settings to similar style as auth
