Integration of primitives from libverse #373

We would like to now write all the low level code in verse and use the libverse. It would be good to make Verse aware of raaz and do a bit of autogeneration of code. In particular the FFI declarations should be autogenerated. Some benefit of this would be taking care of machine alignment restriction in a better way.
