This pull request:

Adds generic function definitions for texture-parameter-integer and texture-parameter-float,
fixes the name of the functions texParameteri and texParameterf; and
adds a specialization to texture-parameter-integer.

The specialization is necessary in case the value is something like gl.LINEAR, gl.NEAREST, etc.
