Support queue type in Federation CRD #852

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Since RabbitMQ 3.13.1, it is possible to configure the queue-type in exchange federation. The Federation CRD does not support this field.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a field for queue type in Federation CRD.
