rabbit_env: Add $RABBITMQ_{PRODUCT_NAME,PRODUCT_VERSION,MOTD_FILE} #356

They are used to override the product name and version, and expand the banners which are printed and logged on startup.

Required by rabbitmq/rabbitmq-server#2247.
