Add "howto" information #2

I've installed and enabled this plugin, but still can't figure how to use it. Could you add some basic information about using this plugin?

Just declare an exchage using the "x-recent-history" exchange type. That's it. Then the exchange will behave like a fanout exchange plus the cache part.
