(fix) Enable capturing memory events when Yara scanning is enabled

I'm aware the contribution guidelines are vague and incomplete. I'm diligently working on them to solidly define the contribution process. So far, let me provide you a number of requirements/best practices:

• you should create a new branch. Before creating the branch, make sure your fork is synced with upstream repo. More info here.
• the branch should have a meaningful name, e.g. enable-mem-events-for-yara-scanner
• you should have filled the pull request template. Marking the checkboxes with the right options, explaining the purpose of the PR, etc.
• PR title must adhere to the conventional commit specs. e.g. fix(yara): Enable capturing memory events when Yara scanning is enabled
