As an admin, I want success/error messages to be close to the action I just took #116

So that it's obvious that the message is linked to the thing I was doing.

Not sure how many places we have success/error messages at the moment. Some of them may still warrant a 'global' message at the top of the page, others probably don't.

Needs analysis/design before picking up.

Currently most messaging is managed globally. I think generally we should keep our success / error messaging close to the component. In one possible approach I can imagine a tie in with #117 where an indicator transforms to show success rather than a message per se.
