Resolves #8.

No longer installs node, clones source code, and installs deps on the server directly
Instead, installs docker on the server, and pulls images from the docker hub
Also contains a large restructuring of the terraform code, including splitting things up into smaller modules. This blog post provides more context on why this was necessary
Adds a wrapper script for running terraform
Rewrite all the documentation
Still more work can be done to clean thing up, especially once some bugs/features are resolved in terraform itself.
