As a user i want to see if a card has notes saved to it So i don't click on a note link leading to an empty page

Description:

Make a visual toggle of either an element beneath the note link or directly toggle the link depending on if there are any notes saved to that card:

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] Notes Button or seperate Icon is rendered when there are notes available for that card
• [ ] if the notes button is visible, clicking it will lead to a side with saved notes
