Not compatible with Hogfather #5

After upgrading to rc2020-06-01 "Hogfather", I get the following error:

PHP Fatal error: Declaration of action_plugin_autostartpage::register(Doku_Event_Handler &$controller) must be compatible with dokuwiki\Extension\ActionPlugin::register(Doku_Event_Handler $controller) in /var/www/dokuwiki/lib/plugins/autostartpage/action.php on line 0

Thanks for bringing this up. Unfortunately I can't continue work on this project, see my statement here: #6
