Feature/profiles support

• All workflow inputs are now generated as optional. This avoids making required inputs, if there are profiles that would have provided those required inputs.
• Profile is automatically added to the inputs if "profiles" section exists in the config files.
• "entrypoint" is now optional, and is assumed to be "main.nf" if not provided. If "main.nf" is not present in the "workflow-path", the script assumes that entrypoint is the first ".nf" globbed in the "workflow-path".
• The "tower.yml" file output is added to the outputs automatically if it exists.
