Enable credentials to be read from env vars instead of from file #76

sbpack only supports reading credentials from a file. It would be nice to support reading from environment variables to support Github Actions CICD for deploying workflows.

Using

sbpack . [appname] [cwl]

'.' for profile name causes sbpack to read from env.
