Filter 'De Nieuwe Oost' calendar on location #28

The new facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/pg/DeNieuweOost/events) contains many events outside of Deventer as well, so we'd probably have to add filtering on location.

No longer relevant since facebook no longer allows fetching events
