keep all displays as hh:mm:ss #176

hat steps will reproduce the problem?
1.set one of the small timers for anything above 1 hour

it will change the display To minutes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would rather see Hh:mm:ss

Please include the following info:
Phone model? Zte n850 3.5" display 
Android Ver 4.0
ROM? stock

If possible, provide a logcat of the issue:
If you get a Force Close do an: adb logcat

Please provide any additional information below.
I know it's a tiny display but please try.
