aside doesn't scroll on mobile #2

On my mobile the aside widget doesn't scroll down with the standard browser on android lolipop. This doesn't happen with desktop chrome browser in developer mobile mode.

OK this is the result of a bug in jasny bootstrap Look here: https://github.com/jasny/bootstrap/issues/421 . As workaround I will provide a jasny-bootstrap.custom.js where we enable scroll until this bug is fixed
