Add support for multiple results via racer-describe #127

In cases where there are multiple matching results, display all matching the prefix specified via completing-read.
Sort multiple results by length of docstring which is a good heuristic for getting the information you want at the top of the help buffer.

Coverage decreased (-0.6%) to 63.122% when pulling 8ded3f4a739d03ff43b19b8ba49699042b0ef19c on smithzvk:master into f9fc3e9847210867f4a621ceeddcb1724cc0001b on racer-rust:master.

I'll be working on resolving these failing tests. If the functionality in this PR is misguided and isn't likely to be merged, please let me know.
