This pull request should finalise these issues:

• 60, #71 Transparent Building Raycaster

• 49 Props Fall Faster

• 38 Conditional Downforce

• 37 Car Steering Angle

In the future, pull requests will be made to dev, and only merged with dev once approved my @Mysterise in test branch. This way multiple issues can be tested at once without needing to merge with dev.
