This building specifically doesn't seem to do damage to the player car. Might show there are other buildings which haven't been tagged to do damage,

Buildings now overlap. I think changing the tags of the buildings broke the track generation algorithm (algorithm doesn't check buildings for collisions anymore), may need to modify that.
