Additional user endpoint data #69

Would love to see the following information added:

In past user races (https://racetime.gg/user/<user>/races/data)
- Category information (goal information is there, but category seems important!)
- Finish time (available in the race data endpoint, but would like to cut down on API calls)
In user data (https://racetime.gg/user/<user>/data)
- An array of categories raced, number of races in total, plus the goals raced, the number of races of those goals, and best personal time in those goals

First one is simple (and I consider it a bug tbh) so I'll get that done today, second one will need some more work so gonna leave that on the list for now.

For the second one, the data seems too specific to go into the user data endpoint. I was thinking to put this into a separate endpoint, like /user/{id}/races/categories/data. What endpoint would be good for this?
