New release to maven central? #185

I notice there hasn't been a release to Maven central for some time.  I'm 
currently on 0.10-SNAPSHOT because I need the VFS changes that went in about 6 
months back.  I can publish this on my own maven repo, but I'd rather use Maven 
central if possible.  Any plans?

Many thanks for the brilliant library by the way.
